After years of exploring these questions both professionally and personally I have come to believe that living well is an ongoing practice that often requires courage.

As a result, for some time we have been dedicated to creating original guided practices that are released on The Courageous Life Podcast (typically 1x/week) under the episodes titled, “Practicing Courage.”

As we look into the future we plan to continue to produce Practicing Courage episodes, as well as create a variety of additional guided practices around the theme of living well. 

With this vision in mind we decided to create The Practice Library, a completely FREE catalog of our original practice content. 

Our hope in creating The Practice Library is to make it easier for you to access the practices you are looking for all in one place, particularly as we expand our content.


What you can expect to find in The Practice Library includes:

  • A wide variety of practices that vary in type, duration, and content 

  • An engaging guided practice experience that blends storytelling, research, and tips for integration into the busy reality of everyday life.

  • All past Practicing Courage episodes 

These practices leverage some of the most useful insights I have gained from positive psychology, mindfulness, compassion science, neuroscience, leadership development, social and emotional intelligence, behavior change, and wellbeing research.
