Compassion Cultivation Training

An 8-week program, Compassion Cultivation Training© draws on insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice.

An 8-week course designed at Stanford University.

CCT™ integrates evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions, and lectures as well as real-world exercises to put learning into practice.

Engaging with the practices and content within the program can lead to relating to yourself, others, and the world around you from a place of greater understanding, joy, and purpose.

COURSE DETAILS:

Begins July 11th and meets weekly on Thursdays for 8 weeks from 9-11am Pacific Time

  • Week 3: Self-Compassion

  • Week 4: Lovingkindess (for self)

  • Week 7: Active compassion

  • Week 8: Integrating practice into daily life

COURSE ALSO INCLUDES

  • Daily guided meditation practices that progress from week to week.

  • Homework to help you move new practices into long-term habits.
